Different Custom fields for different URLs

Hi Nikola,

I use the Easy Appointments form on several subpages  for different services. For individual questions I have supplemented the form with custom fields. Is there a way to show only specific custom fields on the respective subpages? For example
mydomain.com/a: 1,2, 3
mydomain.com/b: 1, 3, 4
mydomain.com/c: 1, 2

Maybe with a shortcode like [worker="2"]?

Hi Tatjana, yes there is. You can specify one fixed service and/or worker and/or location. Like in this Example: https://easy-appointments.net/predefined-selections-responsive/ Best regards, Nikola
