Support forumCategory: QuestionsConfirmation mail doesn't work

The confirmation e-mail of the form doesn’t work. The customer who fills in the form does not get a confirmation e-mail.
I already checked EA settings > Tools > page and I can’t find an error. 
How can we fix this?

Hi Naomi, do you receive admin email? Looks like settings issue. If you want you can create account for me so I can check settings (for email nikolanbg[at]gmail[dot]com).
