Confirmation e-mail

Hello, I (the worker) am not receiving a confirmation e-mail when a customer books an appointment.  Further, no appointment is listed on my WordPress administration page. Please help!

Hi Carrie, can you please tell me do you get any email from EA? Customer or admin? Best regards, Nikola
