Is there any way to clear the form fields after a user books an appointment?

Hi, there is option for that inside short code. Just place this attribute save_form_content="0" to bootstrap shortcode.

I have – [ea_bootstrap width="800px" scroll_off="true" layout_cols="2" save_form_content="0"] and the form is not cleared.
