I had created 2 custom form fields,but when i tried to delete, an error message is showing that \"Error in deleting\".I had tried it by clearing all the previous values that already exists,but it can\'t worked.

Hi, do you have any error when you open console (F12) inside browser (Chrome). Have you tried compatibility mode inside EasyAppointments settings > customize page? Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola.

I am having the same problem. I have set the Compatibility Mode and refreshed the page as well as logged out.

Here are the results from the F12 in Chrome. Please let me know if you need more the console.

I also tried to set the field to ‘Not Required’ and ‘Not Visible’. I get the same error. I have tried in Chrome and IE. I have cleared both browsers and receive the same error.

Hi, can you please tell me which Calendar localization have you selected inside Settings > Customize page?

Hi! I had to mark the field ‘invisible’ first. After I saved, I unchecked ‘Required’. I am still unable to delete the field, however. But, since the field is not invisible, it will do for now.

ok, have you check if there are errors in php log file on your hosting regarding that?
