I have created an appointment myself, got both ‘customer’ booking and ‘admin booking’ emails. When I cancel the Customer URL request the customer email is the cancellation email from the content however the admin email is just a repeat of the booking. It does not give an update of booking / cancellation therefore is confusing and looks like another booking.
Yes, the “workaround” is to incorporate the #status# tag in the admin message. We put it as the first line of the admin e-mail.
