Can not add new connections

Hi,
When I try and add a new connection for any starting date in the future. It is showing inactive. My current connections are fine. Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this issue?

Hi Diana, inactive means that is not effecting current date. There is nothing wrong with it. It just means that it will be marked green when current date is between start and end. Best regards, Nikola
