Hi,

I've viewed both these questions before posting my question.

My question is that is it possible for me to send the reminder SMS 24 hours before the customer appointment?

Does your extension support this?

I saw this URL https://easy-appointments.net/features/#twilio and here it is stated that we SMS will be send to Customers (5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 or 120 minutes before Appointment). What about 24 hours before the appointment?

Hi Ali, I will update docs. Current options are :

5 minutes 10 minutes 20 minutes 30 minutes 40 minutes 50 minutes 60 minutes 2 hours 3 hours 4 hours 5 hours 6 hours 24 hours
