calendar not shown for me either

Support forumCategory: Questionscalendar not shown for me either
Richard asked 2 years ago

Hi - similar to this question: https://easy-appointments.net/support/calendar-not-shown-2/

I am seeing the exact same thing. [[ea_bootstrap]] shows nothing. [[ea_standard]] just shows the form, not the calendar. I cannot see any error in the console however. Link is here: Book Now – Kenshō (kensho.clinic)

Can you please advise if I'm missing something here?
Thanks sincerely~~~~
Richard

Hi Richard, do you have any caching system on your WP site? If so please clear the cache. Also I have checked the link and it not showing any error? Is there still that shortcode on page? Best regards, Nikola

Thanks so much for your reply!
I do not have any caching system on my WP site…
The shortcode was still there when you checked the link.
I have since changed it to another shortcode (the ea_full_calendar worker=1 location=1 blah blah one).
If you check again, you will be able to see what the problem is…

Thanks so much for your support sir. When the calendar is displaying properly, I will upgrade to the extension, certainly. Thank you sincerely~~~~~

Hi Rhichard, this is the error message wpApiSettings is not defined. That is holding info about REST API access to your site. Can you please tell me which version of WP do you have and do you allow API access to your site? Also please purge cache or even better turn off cache for that page and try again. Best regards, Nikola

Umm I just ran the command ‘curl -O https://wordpress.org/latest.tar.gz‘ from my LAMP server when I installed it about 2 weeks ago, and from what I can tell, it is WordPress 6.0
