We are using google calendar to monitor all of our appointments, but we also get in shop customers for whom we need to book appointments manually, we tried to book appointments manually through google calendar and It didn\'t sync with EA.   Can you please explain what should be the specific way to book an appointment so that it adds to EA as well, so that it triggers the email and SMS services.   Thank you.
