Annotation of an appointment in the calendar worker

Hi, Nikola,
I have reviewed the questions on this subject but they do not resolve my question.
1. I have created the synchronization of the worker calendar
2. the quote is entered in the customer's calendar and google admin account
3. is also noted on the worker calendar
4. if the worker cancels his appointment, it is reflected in the client's calendars and admin
5. But it is NOT reflected in EA: keep busy that time in the worker's service. Do we have to make any adjustments? ¡gracias! un saludo, Consuelo

Hi Nikola,
In my project, workers can only access their own schedule.
That's why the way they have to cancel an event is from the calendar.
workers are over 100 and it is unfeasible for the administrator to control their schedules.
There is a general calendar with all appointments for all workers, and each employee has his or her own calendar

Hi,
if the cron is working fine after worker delete appointment inside his/her calendar it should be also canceled in EA. Are those worker calendars connected with workers inside Advanced Calendars sync section in Extension settings?

calendar is synchronized, so the EA event appears in the worker calendar.
looking at cron documentation, I have disabled wp-cron and enabled cron jobs in cpanel. I don't know if it was necessary: now it works.

Nikola LoncarHi, you have to use that settings in CPanel especially if there is lot of Google Calendars for sync. When you delete appointment it should be synced back to EA. But you must select default location and service. Also that workers email must be the same as on Google Calendar.
