I used to use another WordPress plugin "Amelia" ... but I encountered a problem with it, which is that if it is linked with WooCommerce, the customer finds more than one input field for his data

The first time, enter the name, phone number and email in Amelia
And the second time, he enters the same data on the front page of the request in WooCommerce
And this confuses the customer

All I need is to avoid or skip the first step
But Amelia needs the first stage to record appointments and data in them

Do you have a solution to this problem?
I noticed that you have WooCommerce integration, but do you have the same steps as Amelia or can I ignore the first step?

This is my site as an example of the idea: https://drmekawi.com/

Hi, yes EA works in similar way. You need to add those values on both places, when you fill out bookings and then when you do the checkout. You want to re-use same data for second step>

Best regards,
Nikola
