Yes, from within the Booking program. I think it occurs after the appointment has started, seems to be ok if cancelled before the appointment. But if someone doesn't turn up and we try to set to abandoned or cancelled it creates a new time

Just an update. I was advised by PayPal Thailand to close my account and use the same email address to open PayPal NZ. I did this and had the account closed for suspicious activity (not residing in the country I do business)This means the email that has been used for 7 years of business is now blocked from every having any other PayPal account. I am one of what seems to be thousands of people who are experiencing this.Sorry buddy, people have been asking you for stripe for years, and you have not done it. Now PayPal is banning users (one of my accounts with them was 12 years old) for things that can not be appealed. Time has run out. I now need to stop using your amazing plugin because you seem to have some bizzare preoccupation with PayPal despite many people requesting alternative methods.Wish you all the best, but the plugin has not adapted to allowing a booking deposit being paid with a credit card. Sad day for me,

Choice would be good. However if only one option it would be stripeIn Thailand, (and Vietnam and Cambodia are next) the govt has placed heavy restrictions on PayPal users. Only citizen of the country are able to register, and the govt is taking a mandatory 3.7% transaction fee AND a 7% VAT fee on every purchase. Making 11% of every purchase lostThere are millions of people looking for an alternative to PayPal and Stripe have taken this up and opened services in these countries. Whoever is able to come out with a solution is going to get a big bump in Asian countries for booking platforms

doesn't seem to work for me I have 1440 mins blocked (to prevent someone making a booking the day before) and they can still do it. Any other way? There used to be a setting that was easier 🙂

nevermind I think it was because I deleted a service and created a new connection (I wanted to change the order of the selection menu on the other page). I reinstalled a backup and the appointments came back and updated and they are still there

Yes I am aware you can not pay yourself. I still have the old version of the plugin 2.1.3 this is the last version that works. If you update the plugin to any new version it stops working.You will need to update the plugin to get the bug. Then once you can see what is happening, if unable to find a solution revert back to the old plugin using the saved backdraft plugin

NikolaI have re-added you as an admin, You never got around to looking into this, and I need to fix it or move on to another plugin. I still have the same issue that it seems many others have. PayPal box pops up for a split second then goes away.I read through all the posts since I did this a year ago, and have made sure there is a price for the service and the passwords and authorization are correct. The old plugin works, it is only the updates that do not.I really would like this fixed because I love your plugin (and because the data for appointments for the next year will be very time consuming to duplicate in a new plugin).There is the old plugin in the updraft backup, which I reset back to each time I update and it does not work. As I mentioned in the first post, we get anything from 10-20 bookings a day but now is slow season so the system can afford to go down for 30-60 minutes.Hoping you can help, it seems I am not alone with this issueAndrew

I have the same issue, it seems it takes around 5 seconds after receiving payment to processing the appointment. I have made a note on my payment page to NOT close the window until they are returned to a confirmed appointment redirect. However not everyone does this

I am using a plugin for smtp (Wp Default Sender Email by IT Pixelz) which I turned off for a night and had 5 bookings delivered via wordpress.But as stated before it was the updated connect plugin that caused the issue. I roll it back to version 9 and so far all those customers who I emailed asking if they received their confirmation (that replied) stated they did.For my theme it seems to be the updated plugin. I am content for now to use the old version of connect.I could not see any errors for php for email within this website - but it does only show my errors for a day since I have several sites on the one host

That error log is from someone who did not fill in their email but not related to the issue which I also have.I integrate the PayPal payment before a booking is made. Perhaps 10% of my customers receive a paypal receipt from PayPal but do not get a Booking confirmation email from the website. 50% of those 10% the appointment is not made.I am wanting to downgrade to a previous version of the booking plugin. Where can I get access to previous versions? This seems to have occurred with the last couple of updates

The issue I think is that since we no longer do a pending notice (appointments are auto confirmed) that we do not get the pending, cancelled and confirmed emails to the admin. I have selected the send emails to the worker (same email as admin) and will see if this will let us know of confirmed bookings.

No emails at all. The payment shows on Paypal, but since the payment goes through a woocommerce product I would expect it to show as a purchase
