Hi Nikola,I have changed something in the custom e-mail notification and it seems to be working now!What made it confusing is that i used the text "Reservation" together with the standard e-mail tags. So the subject of each e-mail looked like a reservation. So I just use the standard available tags now and that does the trick.Tnx for now!

Answer for How to send cancellation e-mail to admin
I don't think this is the answer.What I mean is that when a customer cancels an appointment with #link_cancel#, the admin and worker get an e-mail that is the same as a new reservation. It doesn't say "Cancellation".How do I manage this?Please help, my client is getting frustrated, and I don;t know how to solve this.Kind regardsDanielle
