Hi, there is quite a delay on hitting the submit button, it eventually loads the Woocommerce checkout page but says that no items have been added to the basket? We have added the products in the Shop settings as per your documentation and added the redirect page. The error logs do not show anything.

Hello, I have the same problem, when I accept it, it takes a few seconds and when it redirects to the cart it shows that no product has been added. My project is https://www.caifrd.com/agendar-cita/pedir-cita/. I have installed version 5.2.3 of Wordpress, 3.7.0 of Woocommerce and 0.10.10 of the Easy Appointments Connect plugin. I look forward to any help you can give me.

Hi, this sounds like issue with mapping between services and Woo products. Can you please check settings in Extension. Make sure that you click on item in autocomplete list when you are selecting product for service.

Best regards,
Nikola

Thank you, I have selected the product in the extension by clicking after the list is displayed and when trying it, I still don’t add the product to the cart.

Hi, if it is connected to product then issue can be that the product is not marked as Virtual. Woo check if there is enough item available and prevent from adding it to basket if there is no one left. Best regards, Nikola

If it is marked as Virtual and I have not activated the inventory option, there is always existence, since the product really is the professional services we provide and still does not add it to the cart. Any other alternative?
