I purchased the product and it does not have some essential functionality I thought it did. It is missing an option to allow customers to select "pay online or On-Site." This is essential to the site I am currently working on.

Hi, you have that option if you are using it with PayPal. Just set that payment is not mandatory inside settings. Best regards, Nikola

Also you can change the label for that button to say pay on site.l if that will solve your issue.

Best regards,
Nikola

Where would I change that label?

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

I don’t see an option to change the Button text..

Nikola Loncar Staff replied 4 years ago

That can be done by altering translation file. If you want we can add option to change label via settings. Also I can edit translation file for you. Just tell me what you want as label there. 🙂

Best regards,
Nikola

Where would the translation file be?

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

And are you referring to translation file like translating in terms of language? because if so, I don’t believe we are on the same page..

Nikola Loncar Staff replied 4 years ago

Hi, inside wp-content/plugins/easy-appointments folder you will find translations sub folder. You can use Poedit app to alter it.

Nikola Loncar Staff replied 4 years ago

Yes, translation file it is. All labels are listed there, just create you own version of existing translation.

Best regards,
Nikola

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

Which sub-folder? There isn’t one that says translation… I see one that says language

Nikola Loncar Staff replied 4 years ago

Yes you are right 🙂 sorry for that. Languages is sub folder.

Best regards,
Nikola

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

In languages, there isn’t an editable file

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

Would I have to edit every language individually?

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

Are you able to add an option where it will conditionally give the option to pay or just submit? for example; if they choose from the payment option “Pay On-Site” then the customer only sees “Submit” but if they choose “Pay-Online” then the payment link replaces the “Submit.”

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

?

Nikola Loncar Staff replied 4 years ago

Yes we can add that option 🙂

Best regards,
Nikola

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

How long would it be?

Nikola Loncar Staff replied 4 years ago

I would say two days. 🙂

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

Any chance it can be done quicker?

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

And once it is done, will you send me an email with new update, or will I have to re-download from wordpress?

Nikola Loncar Staff replied 4 years ago

We will try but I can’t say for sure. You will be able to update plugins from WP Admin part.

Best regards,
Nikola

tomas_lobo replied 4 years ago

ok.. lease keep me posted

Nikola Loncar Staff answered 4 years ago
Hi Tomas, new version is here. Update both plugins and set PayPal payment to not be required inside settings you will see option for payment selection. Also service with price 0 will not have PayPal button there but only submit :) Best regards, Nikola
