Hi Jin, you have option to block events if there is more then X from one IP address during one day. I can add Google Captcha if you want. Can you tell me how those events are generated? Are data empty or some random values? Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola, By looking at their IP addresses, it seems like VPN was used as multiple IP addresses was documented with very similar content in the form. Thus Prolly a Bot is deploying the appointment requests. An example of data collected:https://drive.google.com/open?id=1gKxSFpf6AcXDe-72lwSrJfUzCaW-MVuN Yes i would like to have the google Captcha added please. Thank you.Tok.

Hi Nikola,

Thank you for rolling out the Captcha feature!
However, I am facing a problem, everything seems to be fine but, it is not
possible to submit the form.

Every time after hitting send I am facing "Invalid Captcha" error.
Anything I might be doing wrong?
(things I've done: uninstalled contact form7 -recaptchav2, tried generating key multiple time.)
Please refer to my screenshot:

Hi Tok, I have tested i locally and seems to be running fine. Can you check if you are sending captcha param? Maybe you have cached files. Also please try opening private mode and try there.

Best regards,
Nikola

hello Nikola,

How do I check if I am sending captcha param?
I have deleted cache and tried in incognito however it still shows the same error.
Previously I have another form on the site and I’ve used the plugin “contact form 7 – reCaptcha v2” for that and it works.

Let me know if you like to have access to the site’s cms and how I can provide u with the credentials.

Cheers,
Tok

Open a browser console in network part. When you click on book button first request should have captcha field with value.

Best regards,
Nikola

Hi Tok, looks like everything works fine, I was able to create an appointment :
Thank you for booking a consultation with us. We will get in touch with you within the next 24 hours. If you do not see an email from us in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
I will suggest that you clear the browser cache once again. Looks like you most likely have old version of JS files and those are not sending capcha code. Best regards, Nikola
