In the url for the booking page I have, http://.../booking-appointments/?id=1238&sku=1 which contain the productID and SKU. Now, i want both fields to be auto-populate one of the form inputs (\\\\\\\"Description\\\\\\\" or a custom field).  How do I go about doing so? Thank you.
