No confirmation e-mail send to outlook.com e-mail adress

Hello, Confirmation e-mails are not being send to my outlook e-mail adress but it works with other e-mail adresses like gmail for instance. I get this error report.  TYPE: MAIL
ERRORS: {"wp_mail_failed":["Message body empty"]}
ERRORS_DATA: {"wp_mail_failed":{"to":["mirjam.dn@outlook.com"],"subject":"Reservation 11","message":"","headers":[],"attachments":[],"phpmailer_exception_code":2}}
---------- ERROR #7 END ---------- How can I solve this problem? Kind regards, Mirjam de Neef

Hi Mirjam,   have you set any content in email template for that type of status? You can find those settings in customize page in EA.   Best regards, Nikola

Yes there is content in the email template and the confirmation works fine with other email adresses. Outlook seem to be the problem. kind regards, Mirjam

That error from 1 day ago was indeed when there was no content in de email template but now there is. The confirmation email still doesn’t work for outlook and hotmail. Do you have any idea what I can do to make this work for all email adresses?

I solved this problem by installing the plugin Easy WP SMTP.
