Suddenly, customers no longer receive confirmation of their booking. last week it still worked and suddenly stopped for a few days. I don't see any errors in the setting nor any updates. what should I do?

i saw you just booked something from the site, did you get any mail?

No, can you please check EA Tools page if there are any error log records regarding that.

can you please check do you get any email from your site. For example if you try to reset password etc
