Hello, Here is the situation: 1. Connection-1 defined with Service-1, location-1, worker-1, 1 time slot 2. Connection-2 defined with Service-2, location-2, worker-1, 5 time slot Gcal connector is used, referring to the same calendar for both connections One appointment has been booked for connection-1  on time t1- No problem When trying to book an appointment for connection-2 on time t1, EA doesn't see that worker-1 is busy with connection-1 and therefore allows to book 4 (5-1) new appointments at t1. This does not reflect the reality: worker-1 cannot work on several connections (different locations, different services) at the same time. Best regards, Olivier
