Help with timeslots

I'm having trouble with setting up timeslots correctly. I have 2 services with 1 worker (hairdresser) I have it set up as follows: Haircut: Duration: 20mins Slot Step: 20mins Haircut & Beard Trim: Duration: 25mins Slot Step: 25mins However, when I create some bookings I’m getting long gaps between some appointments. Am I missing something here?

Hi Matthew, can you please check connections. Those should have time set from 9am till 5pm for example. Then you will not have those gaps. Also set block before/after to 0. Best regards, Nikola

My connections are set as follows (to enable lunch breaks)

08:00 – 13:00
13:30 – 18:00

Is that correct or should i be setting breaks another way?

Hi Nikola so i played with that but again not really user friendly. I think the best solution to this is to find a middle ground between the 2 services. Setting both services to 25 minutes would work...I think!

Yes, setting both services to 25 and have same slot time of 25.
