Is there a reason I have to remove my access token and readd every few months?  This seems to happen every 6 - 8 weeks and is fixed by me removing and readding my token.  Any ideas?

Hi, is your Google Console App set to be in Production mode instead of testing? Have you changed password for that Google Account? Best regards, Nikola

No, no password change and app isn't in testing mode:(

Your video link doesn’t work any more so not sure if the API creation process has changed?

Can’t access video tutorial?

CraigMcKee answered 2 years ago
My mistake - last time I had an issue, I tried to rewatch your Youtube about creating the API and it didn't work - just checked again and it is. This doesn't look good - just logged back onto the Google Console and it looks like it has dropped (or is dropping again)

I am not sure why. Google can revoke those tokens at any time. I have on one site that is there 2 years without any issues. Maybe it hit some limit. How many calls there are? Best regards, Nikola

Not too many, they get about 5 – 10 appointments a day. Then I get shouted at because it has stopped working again 🙁

I would suggest that you increase interval of syncs to like 15 or 30 minutes. You can also try setting the limit to 60 days for sync period. Best regards, Nikola

I'm only set to something like 8 weeks so 56 days but I will try increasing the sync interval - do I need to amend the Cron job?  Is there anywhere I might get some information (error logs are empty) about what is happening?

You don’t need to change Cron job settings on your hosting. Just save it inside EA Extension settings that should be enough.

Best regards,
Nikola

Hi, we can add maybe email notification in case token is not longer valid? Best regards, Nikola

Can I do that? That would be useful? How do I do it?
