The text on the schedule form is too small to read.  I'm new to Woodpress but love your plugin.  What is the code to enter in the CCS section to change the text size?  The text, "Personal Information" is the correct text size.  Thanks.

Hi Aaron, can you please send link to that page so I can take a look. Yes there is a class on that part so you can alter styles :) Best regards, Nikola

I figured out some of this but how do I add extra text to the appointment entry form? Not change existing text via the translation concept but actually add extra text?

Hi you can alter template files but those changes are going to be overwritten during update.
