All the links send to customer do work but when customer clicks on them they firstly see an INTERNAL SERVER ERROR message and then are forwarded to the home page. I have two questions.

How can I fix this?
How can I adjust the message or page people are shown when confirming or cancelling an appointment?

Looks kind of bad when customers Clickon the confirmation link to see an error message.
