Connections are not displaying after saved or refreshed

Hi, I'm not able to see the Connections data after saved or refreshed. But when I try to create another connection I can see that the ID number is actually updated. And the Customize option is empty, there is no setting at all.

Hi, I even changed to IE and reinstall many time, it is still the same issue. Please help.

Thanks for the data. This looks really weird can you please tell me do you have any error inside error log file on your hosting? For some reason it is not sending any data back. If you haven't try I will suggest that you try reinstalling it. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola,
I had reinstalled many times and I even cloned the entire site from another working site, same result. I also deleted the entire site and recreated it, same result. What else can I do?

You’re mentioning about data not being sent back, do you mean data from the DB Server is not working correctly? In this case, who is responsible for the DB Server, WordPress or my hosting agent?

If you can check the database and see if there are any connections inside wp_ea_connections table? (keep in mind that wp_ is prefix and can be different at your site)

Only last to records are regarding EA. For some reason it will not process the input data. I will have to take a look again to backend on your site 🙁

Hi Nicola,
I have deleted the entire site and created a new site, with different name, it is still the same thing. And the ” CUSTOMIZE” option is not displaying either. I don’t have this problem previously.

I’ve re-installed the latest version and tested, still the same old issue 🙁 . Any idea that this can be solved?
