Can't change, cancel, or reschedule appointments once schedule is full (red)

Today is Monday. For the first time, our schedule filled up for today and for Wednesday. This made the date red on the calendar. We needed to cancel some appointments, but they are still grayed out and unavailable (and the day is still red). We then deleted some appointments, but the time is still grayed out. On Wednesday, we added more appointments at the end of the day. The day is no longer red, but any appointments that were cancelled are still gray and unavailable (we canceled some through the email and also cancelled some manually through the admin panel) We also added more time to today's red schedule (just like I did for Wed), and any new time added was grayed out and unavailable. This seems to be some sort of glitch or bug. Once a day's schedule is full and turns red, the system does not update the calendar when appointments are canceled or deleted. It also does not allow cancelled appointments to free up the same day. Here are Screenshot of Monday May 11 in red with all appointments grayed out, and screenshot showing 2 canceled appointments  https://paste.pics/b8db157fb1a04f3ff182b55b2b979b56 https://paste.pics/f99f0f6982d8cca8a0c7073f45351cce

Hi, if you want to free some slots please do not delete those but cancel it and try again? Maybe Google Calendar is syncing those back when you remove it from EA. Best regards, Nikola

We’re not connected to Google, and we already tried canceling. I did some troubleshooting myself – I cloned the site, turned plugins on and off, tried a few other things, and finally discovered that the problem was php 7.3. I downgraded the php version, and it fixed the issue. What is the version you recommend?

Hi it should work with PHP 7.3 without a issue. Can you please tell me exact version that was used so I can test it locally?

Best regards,
Nikola

P.S. We looked into other scheduling software, and unless we pay $100/m or more, we could not find software that had the functionality of yours (most do not include a pending/confirm appointment). You built a really great plugin with excellent functionality. I highly recommend you create a free and pro version with extra features and support to make money from it.

I don’t remember, maybe 7.3.88 if that’s a real version? It was strange because my cpanel is set to 7.0.33 but there was a handler in the htaccess to tell it to use php73. Maybe that is the issue, that the panel is not set to 7.3
