Let's say I have a team of 10 sales people, and I want that each appointment would be assigned to each one based on sequence.

Hi Clemente, like each appointment go to different person and after cycle is completed then go from begging. There is no out-of-the box for that but maybe it can be added via custom code change on your local site. Best regards, Nikola

May you recommend me a starting point and a reference to achieve that? I want to create the custom code, my question is where to start to read about how to do it in easy appointments.

What I want is that when the customer schedule an appointment, it has two options: 1. select the sales person or 2. select automatic assignment and the software assign a sales person based on a sequence.

Example: 4 sales people, customers A, B, C, D, select automatic assignment, the software assign A to sales agent 1, B to sales agent 2 and so on.

Hi, I will have to improve EA for such thing. I will need to expose some hooks that will be later used to switch users. Can you please tell me are you willing to invest some money in such feature. 🙂
